Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Textile Design Hub, we provide high-quality digital PSD design files. If you purchase a PSD file and do not receive it within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund. After 24 hours, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds can only be requested if the PSD file is not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
- You must contact us within 24 hours after your purchase to claim a refund.
- Once the PSD file is delivered, refunds will no longer be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
All digital products, including PSD files, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund.
Refund Process
- After receiving your refund request, we will verify your claim and notify you of approval or rejection via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider as it may take some time to process.

Sale Items
Since our products are digital, all sales are final and cannot be refunded once the file has been delivered.
